The Salton YM7 is a winner with individual glass jar for ease of use and making "one-of-each" delicious flavor without the sharp bite of store bought. Has has a convenient see through cover for easily monitoring or just checking out what's going on now. Comes with a reminder timer and the on/off switch is conveniently located on the front of the unit.
Salton suggests using fat free milk with a bit of powdered milk but the unit works well with lactose free milk, although not as thick, and whole milk if calories aren't a concern.
