Don't blow it by eating store bought yogurt that is highly processed. Learning to savor your food instead of just devouring it is a secret everyone should know personally. Use fresh fruits and jams to sweeten your yogurt. Put it in an attractive dish and enjoy it in a luxurious state of mind.
Being able to enjoy smaller portions starts with reducing hunger pains. Yogurt will fill you up without filling you out. Making your own yogurt allows you to adjust your portion size and prevents you from thinking you have to eat the "whole container." It's no secret that super sizing is one main reason why American's are super sized.
